The use of comfort analysis according to the ISO 2631 standard allows to obtain numerical values for the individual's sensation of comfort, instead of the subjective evaluations normally used. In this way, we are developing the use of accelerometers, recorders and spectrum analyzers for the analysis of vibrations, and in particular for the analysis of comfort. Through this technique we are achieving very satisfactory results for the definition of shock absorbers in new vehicles and also for the updating of vehicles already in production.
